Pre-Order / Custom Made Items

Some of our products are custom made or produced on a pre-order basis. Production time typically takes approximately 7-20 working days before the item is shipped.

Once production is completed, your order will be shipped according to the selected shipping method. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that production time may vary depending on order volume or during peak seasons.

Shipping Time

Malaysia Delivery
Orders within Malaysia usually arrive within 2–5 working days after shipment depending on the courier service and delivery location.

International Delivery
We ship to selected countries including Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand. Delivery time may take approximately 5–10 working days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
