• We accept FPX, bank transfers, apple pay and major debit/credit cards.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
• Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
2. Custom & Tailor-Made Orders
Do you offer custom sizing?
• Yes! We offer 100% tailor-made designs for a perfect fit. Additional charges may apply.
Can I request a custom design for an event?
• Yes, we provide custom-made dresses for events such as engagements and weddings. Contact us for a consultation.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
• We ship across West Malaysia, East Malaysia, and selected international locations.
How long does shipping take?
• Ready-to-ship items: 2-5 business days (West Malaysia) and 3-7 business days (East Malaysia).
• Custom-made items: 14-30 business days before shipping.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
• We accept exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. Custom-made items are non-refundable.
Who covers return shipping costs?
• If the mistake is on our end, we will cover the return shipping cost.

How do I care for my tailor-made clothing?
• We recommend gentle hand washing or dry cleaning for longevity.
How do I maintain resin products?
• Avoid direct sunlight and harsh chemicals to prevent discoloration.
