Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
•⁠  ⁠Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Do you offer custom sizing?
•⁠  ⁠Yes! We offer 100% tailor-made designs for a perfect fit. Additional charges may apply.

Can I request a custom design for an event?
•⁠  ⁠Yes, we provide custom-made dresses for events such as engagements and weddings. Contact us for a consultation.

3.⁠ ⁠Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
•⁠  ⁠We ship across West Malaysia, East Malaysia, and selected international locations.

How long does shipping take? 
•⁠  ⁠Ready-to-ship items: 2-5 business days (West Malaysia) and 3-7 business days (East Malaysia).
•⁠  ⁠⁠Custom-made items: 14-30 business days before shipping.

4.⁠ ⁠Refunds & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
•⁠  ⁠We accept exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. Custom-made items are non-refundable.

Who covers return shipping costs?
•⁠  ⁠If the mistake is on our end, we will cover the return shipping cost.

•⁠  ⁠We recommend gentle hand washing or dry cleaning for longevity.
