2. Ordering & Payments
• Prices are displayed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We accept payments via FPX, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay and other available payment gateways.
• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
3. Shipping Policy
We ship within Malaysia (West & East Malaysia) and International
• Processing time: 3-5 business days for ready-made items.
• 14-30 business days for custom-made orders.
• Delivery time: Estimated 3-7 business days depending on location and courier services.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.
4. Refund & Exchange Policy
• Custom-made & handmade items are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive defective.
• For non-customized items, exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
• Customers must cover return shipping fees unless the item is faulty.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be issued in the form of store credit.
5. Custom-Made Orders
• We offer custom-made designs for events, engagements, wedding, and more.
• Customers can consult with our in-house tailor to select the design, size, and color for a perfect dress.
• Full payment is required before production begins.
• Custom-made items cannot be refunded or exchanged as they are tailored specifically for you.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
• All content, images, and designs on this website are the property of MarylyStyle x Maryphea Arté.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is prohibited.
7. Privacy Policy
